Faith-Affirming Mental Health Care
The S.W.I.M. Faith-Affirming Care Directory connects individuals, families, clergy, and faith communities with licensed mental health professionals, support groups, and community resources that honor the role of faith and spirituality in healing. Our growing national network helps make it easier to find faith-affirming, culturally responsive support for mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational well-being.

The S.W.I.M. Therapy Fund
The Julienne Therapy Sponsorship embodies our heart for healing by helping to break the stigma surrounding mental illness within faith communities and providing financial support for those seeking counseling. We seek to remove financial barriers to therapy for underrepresented populations especially women, and offer resources that nurture healing, dignity, and renewed strength across both the interfaith community.

Mental Health Trainings
S.W.I.M. provides faith-based mental health education and training designed to equip clergy, ministry leaders, congregations, and community partners with practical tools to promote mental and emotional well-being.

The W.I.S.E. Fellowship
(Women Interceding, Studying & Empowered) is a weekly Christ-centered fellowship open to women of all Christian denominations. Grounded in Dr. Cruse’s Mental Health Theology framework, W.I.S.E. combines Scripture, prayer, worship, and evidence-informed wellness practices to help women navigate grief, trauma, relationships, emotional wellness, and other life challenges while fostering healing, resilience, and spiritual growth.

SAFE SPACE GPS™ Guidance • Prayer • Support
S.W.I.M. is pleased to offer SAFE SPACE GPS™, an original Mental Health Theology framework developed by Dr. Kim Murray Cruse, MDiv, designed to help reduce mental health stigma and strengthen faith-informed approaches to mental health, care, and support.
