Tanya Monroe, PMHNP, is an active Christian and is very comfortable sharing her spiritual beliefs when it supports the therapeutic process. With a client’s consent or request, she may incorporate practices such as prayer, meditation, breathing exercises and Biblical scripture into sessions. She also enjoys working with clients for whom faith is an important part of life, offering a supportive space where emotional and spiritual healing can be explored together.
