Sylvia welcomes holistic approaches and, with a client’s consent or request, may incorporate practices such as prayer, meditation, and biblical scripture into sessions. She creates a supportive space where clients who value faith can explore their spiritual identity openly and without judgment, alongside a therapist who understands its importance.
