Women of Worth, LCSW PLLC (WOW) is a virtual mental health practice owned by Shaquala Fields, LCSW, a Christian licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience. The practice was created in response to the needs of mothers during the COVID-19 pandemic and is dedicated to empowering women of color age 18 and older through transformative mental health therapy.

WOW is committed to providing faith-sensitive, personalized care. During intake, the team includes questions about faith and spirituality to better understand each client’s background and needs. Clinicians are comfortable supporting clients for whom faith is important and may share their own spiritual beliefs when it enhances the therapeutic process. With client consent, they may also integrate holistic practices such as prayer, meditation, and biblical scripture into sessions to support whole-person healing.
