PROFILE
Pack Light Counseling, LLC is a Christian organization that includes questions about a client's faith, religion, or spirituality in their intake process to ensure faith-sensitive care. The clinicians are very comfortable working with clients whose faith is important to them and sharing their own spiritual beliefs when it supports the therapeutic process. With the client's consent or request, they incorporate holistic practices such as prayer, biblical scripture, and mind-body exercises like yoga and tai chi into therapy sessions.
FAITH STATEMENT: "At Pack Light we invite the Holy Spirit into the session to speak life, encouragement and wisdom into any situation."
