About the Event
🌿 Retreat Format
The S.W.I.M. Clergy Care Retreat is offered in a hybrid format designed to honor both accessibility and depth of care:
Friday Evening — Virtual Gathering (7:00–8:30 PM)
Opening session focused on mental health stigma within faith communities. This virtual space allows clergy to settle, breathe, and begin engaging the retreat themes from the comfort of home. Through guided conversation, reflection, and faith‑affirming teaching, participants explore how stigma impacts leaders, congregations, and the wider ministry culture.
Saturday — In‑Person Mountain Retreat (10 AM–4 PM)
A full day of embodied care and shepherding in a peaceful mountain setting. Saturday focuses on the core emotional and relational challenges clergy carry:
