Patricia D. White, MPA – The S.W.I.M. Bridge Builder Impact Award
For more than 30 years, Patricia D. White has been a visionary connector, uniting faith communities, public systems, and mental health initiatives to create pathways of impact and hope. As the Convener of the Westchester County Faith-Based Mental Health Initiative for the Department of Community Mental Health, she exemplifies the true power of bridge‑building, strengthening communities and expanding access to compassionate, culturally responsive care.
